 hydra: bayfront: Replace rottlog with the Shepherd’s log rotation. 
The ‘rottlog-service-type’ variable was removed in Guix commit
af16ef27afa0b08b5960c48aba145128d8c13462.
* hydra/bayfront.scm (%nginx-log-rotation): Use
‘log-rotation-service-type’ instead of ‘rottlog-service-type’.
