Expand notebook children from sidebar #151

Clicking a notebook with child notebooks or direct notes now unfolds it in the sidebar, showing nested notebooks and direct notes. Clicking the active expanded notebook folds it again.

We'd prefer to keep the sidebar as a pure notebook tree and keep notes in the list panel, so we're going to pass on showing direct notes inline. Appreciate the work.
