On notebook tree, can we have drag and drop feature too to rearrange the notebook folders?

On notebook tree, can we have drag and drop feature too to rearrange the notebook folders?

Also to rearrange note files from one notebook to another notebook by dragging a note file from inside the note list panel and dropping the note file into the other notebook within the notebook panel.

I think @fairread was referring to the ability to rearrange the order of folders in the left hand list. It would be handy to have important folders at the top (ie Inbox) and less important folders at the end of the list.

It's not working until now. On windows it's only possible to make one folder "child" of another one. On Android I only can do this one time than the app freezes....I wonder if it is the syncthing problem...
