May I wish to suggest the manual sorting option for Notes list?

There's indeed this option to notebooks...But it's not working properly..I've tried and tried on Android and Windows...But the "folders" doesn't "move"... @fairread @ArkHost

It works flawlessly here on Artix Linux with KDE Plasma
