It should be pretty straightforward to write a core plugin to unconditionally float out saturated applications of alwaysTraceSDoc into non-inlinable top-level bindings.

For bonus points, it would be great if we could add a -dsuppress-trace-doc that elides the body of the floated bindings from core dumps. Currently my strategy is to just build with debugging disabled when I want to look at core but this is annoying and potentially misleading!
