Kan operations for Prop #53

There are currently no Kan operations implemented for Prop; we should rectify that!

Basic sketch would be to add a version of Glue that lets you extend a partial element of Prop along a bi-implication. The rest of the implementation would then follow Kan operations on the universe of fibrant types.
