Bug Description
Step to reproduce:
- Boot with the system
- Open a terminal, not in a maximized state
- Drag it on the right border to get it half-maximized
- Going with the mouse on the top bar, the global menu is missing (see screenshot)
- After that, every action like de-maximizing the window or even taking a screenshot, make it working correctly
