Binary package hint: unity
As there is no easy way to get ride of compiz install unity directory in /usr/local when doing local build, doing an unity --distro to first clean all those local installation to switch back to a clean package is the best thing to do.

I think a better name would be unity --factory-reset

it doesn't reset the plugin setting, hence the choice of the name to avoid "reset" and confusion
