[karmic] regression: WinFast DTV 2000 H support has disappeared

Bug Description

My Leadtek Winfast 2000H (version J, from memory) was supported in Jaunty.
It's not supported in Karmic as at today.

Seems that this used to be fixed in Jaunty via a sauce patch, also there is an up to date fix in 2.6.32-rc1:

This patch seem to apply to karmic 2.6.31 based kernels.

I pulled that upstream patch and build a test kernel which can be found at http://people.canonical.com/~smb/bug433904/. Could someone test and give feedback here? Thanks

After installing the patch above MythTV recognised my Winfast DTV 2000 H (Rev. J), and I managed to get MythTV set and working in both V4L and DVB-T. Channels work with both proper video and sound.

This was the upstream patch used
