[Feature] Upgrade i40e and i40evf driver to latest

Bug Description

i40e and i40evf drivers are changing rapidly and picking up the very latest commits up to the kernel freeze date is suggested for Fortville support.

Will 14.04.1 include the drivers backported in your git tree?

Yingying - Yes, the i40e and i40evf patches have now all been applied to Trusty and will be published as of 3.13.0-30.54.

This bug is awaiting verification that the kernel in -proposed solves the problem. Please test the kernel and update this bug with the results. If the problem is solved, change the tag 'verification-needed-trusty' to 'verification-done-trusty'.

If verification is not done by 5 working days from today, this fix will be dropped from the source code, and this bug will be closed.
