highbank configuration needs bringing into sync with mainline Ubuntu

Bug Description

The highbank configuration is radically cut-down from the mainline kernel configurations. This increases maintenance as we are likley to see a drip, drip, drip of configuration change requests for items which routinely are enabled on our other flavours. Perform a one off configuration review to reduce the main differences to architecture specific items or build failures only.

This bug is awaiting verification that the kernel for Precise in -proposed solves the problem (3.2.0-26.41). Please test the kernel and update this bug with the results. If the problem is solved, change the tag 'verification-needed-precise' to 'verification-done-precise'.

If verification is not done by one week from today, this fix will be dropped from the source code, and this bug will be closed.

Just config changes and Ike confirmed on first comment that highbank continues to work, marking as verified.
