The AWS Marketplace Channel simplifies how AWS Partners work together to sell software. Both Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) and Channel Partners can utilize the AWS Marketplace Channel to expand reach, accelerate deal closure, optimize costs, and extend value to AWS customers.
Channel Partners can list professional services and resell software to take advantage of AWS Marketplace benefits. These benefits include simplified procurement, customized pricing, payment schedules, and terms, and offering end-to-end business solutions to end customers.

How to co-sell with Channel Partner Private Offers
ISVs authorize Channel Partners to resell software and professional services through the AWS Marketplace Management Portal (AMMP) and expand their reach to more customers through Channel Partner Private Offers (CPPO). Channel Partners create a private offer with customized pricing, duration, end-user license terms, and additional services for their customer. With CPPO, Channel Partners own and maintain the financial and contractual relationship with their customers in AWS Marketplace. CPPO simplifies the billing process by invoicing the the customer and then disbursing payment to the Channel Partner and ISV.
CPPO enables a customer to use a trusted Channel Partner that provides localized support and expertise, with a fast and friction-free customer purchase experience they are used to in AWS Marketplace.

Customer buyer accepts and clicks to subscribe
