Not a "smart" pile that reshuffles itself when you blink. Episodes go where you put them. They stay there until you play them, finish them, or move them.
Set a max queue length anywhere from 10 to 100. PodHaven enforces it. When you add to the top and you're at the cap, the oldest episode at the bottom drops out.
It's a small thing that fixes a real frustration with other apps: the runaway queue that grows to 400 episodes you'll never get to. Pick a number that matches how you actually listen.

Toggle in Settings → Up Next → Auto-play Top Recommendation. Leave it off if you'd rather decide for yourself.
