I have two Arduino micro atmega32u4 boards (A000053) and I'm trying to detect them with at Device manger but I'm stuck, I tried to solve it with the guide below but not succeed because the device doesn't appears while connecting to USB port at laptop (tried three different ports) so cant to associate the described drivers, in addition, I was tried to flash FW (lily58_rev1_default) with QMK toolbox but the batch option is disabled thanks.

  • I was tried to flash FW ... you cannot flash firmware to a nonexistent device ... the computer has to connect to the device first Commented Apr 18 at 19:10
  • is the Device Manager detecting anything at all when you plug the device into the USB port? ... the Device Manager tree view should refresh when a USB device is plugged in ... try it with a flash drive to see the behavior Commented Apr 18 at 19:10
  • Assumed you use Windows, did you look into the list of unknown devices in the Device Manager? Perhaps your system just lacks the correct driver. Commented Apr 19 at 16:09
  • yes, i was checked the unknown devices and refreshing of device manger while plugged other devices without founding the Arduino device, really stuck on burning this bootloader.. Commented Apr 19 at 16:21
  • I re-read your post, and now it is unclear what your question actually is ... you talk about the Arduino not being detected and also about the batch option being disabled ... and you did not actually ask any question at all ... please add a question to your post Commented Apr 21 at 12:26
