- first step : create virtual environment
virtualenv -p python3 venv
- second step : activate virtual environment
source venv/bin/activate - third step : install package | library from requirements.txt
pip install -r requirements.txt
- fourth step : install package | library from requirements.txt
pip install -r requirements.txt
