I think that, as with #1084, a little more discussion is needed than for a regular PR in order to hear different opinions.

BTW, maybe @pronskiy might suggest something, because there were plans to modernize the website.

Yes, of course... I also remember reading about the modernization of the PHP website because of its 30th anniversary.
