I am unsure, I believe one is the format, and the second is the description.
I think what is probably more important is the generated mdc for the actual project. To make sure it is technically accurate.

Ahh I think I see what you are talking about. Yes, looks like that was my bad. We can remove the redundancy there!
This creates an mdc file for AI optimization.
