Since Code::Blocks requires the theme for each language to be configured separately, This theme currently supports Java, C/C++, Markdown and Plain Text. They are the most often used languages with Code::Blocks. Other languages will be added but Code::Blocks supports a lot of languages and no way to apply a theme universally to all of them so they'll take some time to add.
