A sharp boundary partially modified the succession by a first
sulphatic interval (S1) that cuts Bed V and by a second
sulphatic interval (S2) that distorts at least part of Level G2.
0.3% is
sulphatic, and the remaining part is sulphitic S [13].
The presence of large amount of Ca2+ and Mg2+ (in
sulphatic form) causing gastro intestinal disorder [10,11].
There exist also a C-S-H (calcium-silicate-hydrate) phase and an AFt (
sulphatic hydrates) phases.
