Sporting goods company Amer Sports Oyj (HEL:AMEAS) announced on Thursday that at the Annual General Meeting of the company, held on 20 June 2019, the AGM approved Amer Sports' annual accounts and consolidated annual accounts for the financial year ended 31 December 2018.
