Accommodation for WNPPC'12 will be at the Tour des Voyageurs at Mont Tremblant. Reservations should be made directly with the Tremblant reservation service at 1-866-253-0093 - be sure to quote package 2MS2H4 and say you're with the group organized by McGill University.

The accommodation possibilities are shown below. All packages include:

- three breakfasts (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
- two dinners (Friday, Saturday)
- all tips
- free outdoor parking

The one bedroom suites have a full kitchen, with a separate bedroom and a living area.
The hotel rooms have either 1 bed + sofa-bed or 2 double beds, with a mini-fridge, toaster, and coffee machine.

Taxes (federal, provincial, and a 3% Tremblant royalty tax) are not included. Indoor parking is available at a cost of 8ドル/day (plus taxes). Wireless internet access is complimentary in the meeting rooms; in the hotel, it is not complimentary and the cost is 9ドル.95 for 24 hours or 24ドル.95 for three days (+ taxes).
