Colgate developed this 48-story residential condominium in partnership with The Arden Group and Gencom Group. Located on Avenue of the Arts directly in front of Philadelphia’s City Hall and adjacent to The Ritz-Carlton Hotel, the project includes 294 luxury condominium units, a 10,000 square foot private Ritz-Carlton residents’ lounge, a pool and fitness club, and a 230-car valet parking garage.
