Absolutely, using USPS, this afternoon I sent three identical manual
packages, one to PA (about 70 miles from my location), one to Hawaii, and
one to Puerto Rico. The price to ship them to each place for 2ドル.21. And,
you're right, if the seller is paying for shipping, why should the sender
care if CONUS, lower 48(common silly term), or not. Some of my more
frequent customers are from Alaska and Hawaii.
