Re-read my soapbox: price + shipping. If the buyer is paying for shipping
why should the seller care where it goes?
If the seller is paying for shipping, then 'slight additional for overseas'
may be justified if shipping ups/fed ex.
But if you check the USPS rates, shipping coast to coast, ie CONUS, cost the
SAME as shipping to NON-CONUS areas!

Because it cost's more to ship to those states than it does for the lower
48!! Didn;t think that was an IQ test but then again-------------- !!
