[LOGic] Problem with OK3

Hi:
While tracking down a DXCC discrepancy between LOGic and Lotw I discovered
an another error in the "Prefix Table".
When comparing the confirmed lists of countries (LOGic and Lotw) I found OK3
was the extra DXCC entity in LOGic and was listed as "SLOVAK REPUBLIC" OM OM,OK3
in the Prefix Table. Instead of "CZECH REPUBLIC" OK OL
I deleted the "OK3" and did a reindex & pack.
Now if you enter any "OK" call in on the "INFO" window it now works correctly
as "CZECH REPUBLIC" instead of "SLOVAK REPUBLIC".
