[LOGic] Any Ideas?

uninstall iolo and see what happens then. if you have the same symptom,
then you know what it's not.
btw, there are many fine firewall solutions for XP, but the XP firewall
is very good itself. so, if only for testing purposes you should be
safe with it. as for me, i prefer hardware based firewalls that protect
my complete lans. ymmv.
