[Logic] LoTW confirmations

Good points Frank.
Our desire for credits will change as our confirmations grow and we will 
need to know to which contacts we must send cards. So, we will need to 
know if the confirmations in our log are LoTW or QSL cards or both.
The scenario will be different for each individual. If you have 9BDXCC 
and 65 countries confirmed on 160 meters and are also working on the 
DXCC Challenge, CW, Phone, and RTTY Honor Roll totals then all of the 
credits have new meaning. In that case you would want every new band or 
mode country as a credit and would only want to track new confirmations 
that provide these credits because all of the others would be dupes.
What it all amounts to is that we need to be able to download both 
confirmations and credits from LoTW -- AND -- be able to upload some 
type of a list of confirmations at a later time back into LoTW for 
credit. This is the only way that I can see that it will work.
