I would rather have all imported - here's why. Say I'm going after DXCC. At
some point I discover I've worked 123 countries on 40 meters. I decide I'd
like to get a 40 meter endorsement which will take 100 countries. I may not
have any of the 40 meter LoTW confirmations credited yet, since I don't have
40 meter DXCC. But, when I generate my cards needed report I'd like to have
it skip the ones where I do have LoTW confirmation so that I don't send out
cards and IRC's to entities that I don't need.
