[Logic] Icom Multiple Rigs and CI-V - Update

The 1 stop bit shouldn't be an issue... 2 should work fine... But RTS
DTR must be unclicked with the CT-17.
If you use a W1GEE the RTS must be clicked.
Glad things are working... The BBQ'd hamburgers were also "tickety-boo"
