Okay Steve,
Sounds good. Below is the link to the Lava site for product support. Just
click on it, then navigate to "Hardware Incompatibilities" and see if your
PC manufacturer and motherboard are listed.
If you experience any problems I'm sure the group can help to resolve them.
Its a darn good group of people......they're pretty sharp !!
Good Luck,
Brad, N8GLS

Subject: Re: [Logic] PCI serial card
Well I never thot about checking my chip set but on the website it says it
uses one IRQ and will work with ME which is what im running with this
system.....here are the specs:
----------------------------------------------------------------------------
----
PCI-400HS-9 (9-pin spider cable version)
4 Serial, 16950 UARTs (128-byte FIFO), RS-232, plug & play card.
Settable to COM1-COM99.
Supports fast data transfer rates (up to 921,600 bps).
Provides 4 DB9 (9-pin male) serial connectors via an included spider cable
that plugs on to the back of the card.
Uses only 1 IRQ and can share an interrupt with other plug & play devices in
your system.
Designed for use with Windows 95, 98, ME, 2000, XP, NT 4.0, DOS, Linux
kernel 2.0.xx and later & OS/2. Drivers/instructions for these operating
systems are included.
Tnxs for everyones input, Hopefully it will work...
