[Logic] PCI serial card

If you buy a PCI com card NOT AN ISA, and it is really PCI then by
definition there is no IRQ sharing issue. Just make sure they have drivers
for the OS you are using. I use a CHEAPY and even run it with the WIN2000
driver , or did, and it works fine.
XP home AND pro (2 machines) and both work as it did on win98 and win2k.
