[Logic] List of Valid Values: DXCC problem

There may be a way around the prefix table problem. I will import my old 
LOGic 5 prefix table into LOGic 6. I believe that the "Political" field will 
still be present in LOGic 6. I will also recheck and make sure but I believe 
that there are only about 20 entries that have anything at all in the 
"Political" field in LOGic 6. They all involve US "K" calls. 
What I plan to do, is use my LOGic 5 prefixes and add a "K" in the 
appropriate "Political" fields.
