[Logic] List of Valid Values: DXCC problem

Thank you for your comments Tony, I realize there could be a problem, but I
had over 70 errors (rejects) after I did an Awards Progress update on the
newly installed LOGic 6 and knowing that my old list was right up to date
with the latest new entities' the right Lats & Longs, etc., etc. that I had
corrected or added over the years, I decided that it was worth it. After I
did it I did not have any more rejects. I will look into what has to be done
in order to restore the 'Political' field, if it is important enough to
warrant it, I will check with Dennis. My awards tables are now again
completely up to date and accurate. Before I copied the lists over, I had a
totally inaccurate DXCC, USI & VE Prov progress listing.
