[Logic] List of Valid Values: DXCC problem

Thanks to a tip from Chris, AC0M I got this fixed. AK and AL were=

both in the DXCC list. I finally got the edit to work and=
 everything 
is almost back to normal. I am still having some real problems=
 with 
forms staying on top that are not checked to stay on top. Other=
 than 
that I am a happy camper once again. Thanks Chris..
