Is there audio to the rig from the PC?
Mini-plug to the PC in the correct socket? Easy to hit the wrong spigot
when working backwards in the dark.
Soundcard set up to provide audio output (not muted?). If you run the PC
audio out to amplified speakers you should hear the PSK warbling.
The Rascal I used with an IC746 (I know, wrong group!) would key the
radio TX on/off via a com port line so VOX may not be needed.
Can't think of much else except signal tracing.
There are good PSK and MTTY groups that may be more support.
