[Kenwood] TS-440SAT no RF out ?

I hope one of you has had this problem so I can get
past it.
I have a TS-440SAT that is connected to a RASCAL GLX
via a KW4013 cable [All from Buxcomm.com]. When using
Digipan [in USB] and I tune or call CQ, the rig says
it is transmitting but no RF. The same action when
using Hamscope, Winwarbler etc.. B U T if I set the
rig to CW I will get RF out at the appropiate power
asked for ? If I use Hamscope in the CW Mode all
works well. Yes the rig is always set at Vox on/CW
semi. If set to VOX off the rig indicates RF out but
none is even in CW? ?
The rig has been to Kenwood Service in VA for
alignment and a check but reals faults found not too
long ago.
Any body know of some button/switch or prayer that
needs to be done or said ?
