[Kenwood] Good rigs for power line noise

There's a good email list at http://lists.contesting.com/mailman/listinfo/rfi concerning RFI problems. It's monitored by many experts in the field (including the ARRL's Ed Hare, W1RFI) who can help with advice on tracking noise, working with a power company, and escalation to the ARRL and FCC as needed.
Dealing with RFI can be a real pain, but unfortunately is required at a lot of stations. Generally filters and noise blankers wont' solve the problem, but if you're persistant and keep the pressure on the offending source you can often get it fixed.
I got lucky with a few phone calls bugging the power company, and others on the RFI list report success after getting other organizations involved.
Good luck !
