[Dxbase] DIsconnects

I used to have this problem when I connected to my node via DXB. 
However, when I began using CCUSER, the problem went away.  I got an 
explanation several years ago as to what was causing this but can't 
recall exactly.  At one point, it had something to do with a router I 
was using.  In any case, I'm going direct from Comcast to my computer 
via CCUSER and I rarely, rarely, see a disconnect.
