Using DXBASE v.1.10 
Is there a way to include (add) FT8 under TOOL/OPTIONS/USER
OPTIONS/DEFAULT PSK SUBMODE ? 
That way it will show up in LoTW (via tQSL) as correct DIGI submode ?
