[Dxbase] ADIF "Alleged" Standard

At least in theory, they are up to rev3+ of ADIF, and all NEW versions are supposed to be upward compatible, aka Rev3 should be able to read rev 2 and 1, if the devs do their job anyway (aka properly support the standard)
The issues are
1)are you feeding a newer version of the spec to a program that expects an older version
2)how good a job did the developer do of implementing the standard. That isn't the STANDARDS fault, but the fault of the developer (said as a developer)
Done RIGHT, the developers should say "we import ADIF up to version X", and they SHOULD be able to export in say ADIF1, 2 and 3, as requested, in case who you are sending to can't understand say ADIF 3
