[Dxbase] ADIF "Alleged" Standard

Hi
I had abt 60.000 qso when import To Logger32 And I remember about 100
errors also. most were Counties errors because DXBASE had different names.
editing the BAD.TXT with Notepad and importing the FIXED.TXT everything has
been solved. Now abt 100.000 qso And happy Logger32 user 😊
