[Dxbase] BUG in the Non-DXB Import (Import.exe) Program - NEW FORMAT from LOTW downloads

About two years ago I decided to leave DXBase but stay in the background 
and watch to see if Neal ever shows signs of upgrading DXBase.  I 
migrated to DXLab a free logging program with free updates.  This 
program is worth looking into as it is  very comprehensive and has I 
believe more features than DXBase.  Let me say that I went with DXBase 
when it first came out in DOS.  I will never understand why an 
individual would purchase such  great software and then just sit by and 
let it die a slow death.  Without Joe's love of the program it would 
have died years ago.
