Neal said he was looking at that option over a year ago, but I don't think he ever decided how.

During Dayton this year, I decided that I was going to take a different approach for DXBase as my desire to deal with some of the members of the community had dropped dramatically and obviously their appreciation of me had also.
I still have not fully decided on how to open the program up so selected, trusted developers could contribute changes and control the situation. There are several proprietary packages that cannot be passed around and likely would need to be replaced. The charges of the program will be removed when I can get this worked out (as well as the licensing).

If Neal cannot support the Program,
how about releasing it so someone
else can pick it up and modify it.
Is there any issues with doing that ?
