[Dxbase] DXBase Problem Solved

I bought my lady a new HP laptop with Win10 to replace her Vista machine for 
Christmas. We haven't fully migrated to the new one yet so it's not on all of 
the time. But when it is, my local WiFi network is totally consumed by the new 
machine. While shopping I got caught up in Win 10 and loaded it on another HP 
laptop that I use for my VNWA.
After discovering the intrusiveness of Microsoft into my private life via Win 
10, I rolled that one back to Win7 Pro. I'm tempted to take the new one back to 
Costco. If all of my ham apps would run on an Apple, I would be sorely tempted 
to change.
