[Dxbase] DXBase Problem Solved

For some time now I have had a problem
with multiple DataBases in DXBase.
If I open a new D/B, I would get an error
message. I had to open and close the new
D/B, then open it a second time for it to be
usable.
Since upgrading to Windows 10, I no longer
have that issue. Don't ask me why, this
whole Software thing is Black Magic to me.
At least one good thing came from the upgrade,
it may offset the other 10 things that went wrong.
