Neal has heard back from the ARRL and it is GOOD NEWS!! Since the DXCC Desk
and card checkers WILL accept both of the words RTTY and Digital on the DXCC QSO FORM,
DXbase will stay exactly as it is right now !!
NO CHANGES needed at all!!
