[Dxbase] Ver 1.09 -- Joe wa6axe-- found the problem and Neal is fixing it

Pse be advised that we have FOUND the one DLL file that was outdated -- Neal is safely
at his NC house now -- and he is right now going to rebuild the INSTALLER with the
updated DLL file --- and once he gets this ver 1.09 new INSTALLER BUILT -- I really
feel that we CAN bring many many more TESTERS on-board .. so that we
ALL can shake out anything more that might be there ---
BUT - the BIG problem-child has been found and will be corrected with a CLEAN
and UPDATED INSTALLER being made -- with Neal to advise ALL of US later on when
he gets it posted ...
Hang-in there -- I think you all will definitely enjoy ver 1.09 !!!
This is the chore about BETA testing -- it can be challenging .. Tnx to all who
have helped out so far with heads-up info ... 
More in a while - after Neal gets the newest installer ready for us ...
