[Dxbase] UTC Thread

It seems to me that this thread is about the difference between
some people being able to make DXBase run well on VISTA, and maybe Windows 7,
and having a logging database that is fully supported on the new operating
systems.
It appears that DXBase may not be upgraded for support of the VISTA and WINDOWS 7
64 bit operating systems. I need to move to a new, more capable computer, to handle my
growing list of ham related applications. So, I need to find a new logging program that
has most of the capabilities of DXBase. I would be very interested in comments from others
that have fully - or partially - switched to another logging program that they think compares well
to DXBase.
Thanks & 73,
Merle - W0EWM

I fail to see what this Thread is all about as I have a Vista computer set
to EST and my dxbase log records in UTC automatically. I never considered it
to be a big deal.
