Thanks for the ideas guys.. Let me know how that K3 works.. Im in the maket for an icom ic 746 pro. I dont want to drop the bucks for the 756 and i would like to try something different than my current rig a ts570 with about 50 hours on it.. I bought it new and its sat for the most part till last weekend. I have had my 570 working with dxb and a usb to com cable and Vista and ill try to tweek it some more. My lap is running xp and i used that all weekend for the contest. Im currently getting ready to redo the shack as ive sold a bunch of vhf uhf stuff and id like to get everything (computer ,radio, power supply etc) all on one desk. Its kinda nice being able to listen and surf the net at the same time !.. Ikm really trying to finially hit the honor roll i worked the vu7 and vu4 over the weekend and i hope they copied me ok. I always told everyone i just wanted to make the honor roll before i died but 2 years ago i lost that one!.. They saved me though so im back at it ... Boy am i
