[Dxbase] problem with DXB2006

I seem to have had a power bump this afternoon and my DXbase was open. I
didn't realize it because it was so quick my clocks were not affected. When
I made a log entry this evening I tried to add the island number for IOTA
and got an error message. So now I have a backup of my .mdb and .ref files
up to Feb.10 and perhaps 50-60 QSOs since then. I am unable to initialize
the files and I cannot locate the CD onto which I loaded the 2006 program.
Also, in the last few weeks, since I added a new monitor and now feed my old
monitor for hamming, every time I close and re-open the computer and DXbase,
I have to reset all the icons and the log format. 
Anyone got any suggestions? WPX is coming up and I want to be in it with a
working logging program.
